1. Bookings & Confirmation

A booking is only considered confirmed once you receive written confirmation from Novelty Voyage (by email or WhatsApp) after we've verified availability and, where applicable, received payment. Submitting a booking or service request form is a request, not a guarantee of availability.

2. Prices & Payment

Prices shown on the site are quoted in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed. Accepted payment methods are agreed directly with our team and may include bank transfer, mobile money, or card payment where available.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be requested in writing via email or WhatsApp.
• Refund eligibility and any applicable fees depend on the specific package or service and how far in advance you cancel — these will be communicated at the time of booking.
• No-shows and late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.

4. Changes to Itinerary

We work with third-party suppliers (hotels, transport operators, activity providers) whose availability can change. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant changes and offer suitable alternatives where possible.

5. Travel Documents & Visas

It is the traveller's responsibility to hold a valid passport, visa, and any other travel documents required for their destination. Novelty Voyage's Visa Assistance service provides guidance but does not guarantee visa approval, which is at the sole discretion of the relevant authorities.

6. Liability

Novelty Voyage acts as an intermediary between travellers and third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, car rental companies, tour operators). We are not liable for acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of these third parties, except where required by applicable law.

7. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, political instability, strikes, or public health emergencies.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mozambique. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable local regulations.
